5.4 If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner may attempt to contact you using the information provided. If we cannot reach you, we may leave the order in a safe place (at our discretion) or return the Products to our facility. 6. Cancellation & Modification of Orders

6.2 We may, at our discretion, accept cancellation or modification requests if the order has not entered preparation. If the order has already been prepared or is in transit, cancellation will not be possible.
